Since pioneering Campus Brand Managers (CBMs) back in the 90s, we have been committed to working to further understand the ever-changing campus culture.Each of our CBMs is an ambassador for one of our brands; they are fully trained and equipped to become the voice on campus. They are our eyes and ears and we couldn't do it without them.This however is no small job. We have built our structure around the management of what is, at last count, over 500 active CBMs.From insight to implementation, you might be surprised by what CBMs can deliver.
Who are Campus Brand Managers?
All of our CBMs are current students. They are confident, well connected and committed to all things marketing, media and events. While this is a paid position, for many it is all about boosting their CV and gaining invaluable big brand experience.
What can they do?
As much or as little as we want, our approaches include; promotional distribution in hard to reach areas of campus, sampling, on or off campus events, society and lecture hits, research, data capture, PR, online seeding, and more!
Can we track their work?
Unlike some, we don’t just pass on full responsibility to our CBMs and expect them to deliver. Instead, we have designated internal campaign teams, including past CBMs, who will work with them throughout the campaign, often communicating on a daily basis.
While important for our tracking, this also enables us to compile regular client feedback to always keep you in the loop of what is happening on campus.
